Claire moved to Calaveras County as a child and quickly fell in love with the endless natural beauty of the area. As a young adult she worked in the forest managing natural resources, restoring ecosystems, felling hazard trees, and staffing multiple prescribed burns, all while earning degrees in Forestry and in Natural Resources.

Claire entered the business world when she and her fiancé Richard, an Environmental Scientist, remodeled the lower level of their home in Murphys and opened a successful Airbnb. Working with their guests inspired Claire to pursue the real estate career she had always dreamt of and earn her real estate license.

In her free time, one can find Claire adventuring outdoors with Richard, fishing, hiking, off-roading, or playing disc golf. On a more laid-back day, one may also find the two of them cruising Main Street Murphys mingling with the diverse and charming throng of both locals and visitors alike.

Claire is a people-person with years of boots-on-the-ground environmental experience who takes great pride in helping others connect with the outdoors to find their own slice of heaven here in the Motherlode. She brings detailed knowledge of all aspects of the area and to her duties as a realtor. From the housing market, to the social scene, to the boundless natural attributes, she’s the one to go to for knowledgeable service with a professional attitude.
